This product is Certified Wildlife Friendly as the ingredients have been grown in our wildflower meadows which are created first and foremost for nature conservation.

This mist works particularly well as a hydrating step in-between cleansing and moisturising. It can also be applied to a face pad and used as a toner, mixed with our Meadow face Mask, or used throughout the day as often as needed to hydrate and tone the skin (and bring a moment of meadow calm to a busy day).

1/ What are the main benefits of Meadow Face Mist? Meadow Face Mist is designed to give skin a light, refreshing layer of hydration whenever it needs it. Our botanical glycerite helps draw moisture to the skin, while our meadow-grown botanical waters and extracts form the heart of the formula. It is particularly useful whenever skin feels dry, tight or dehydrated – for example after time in air-conditioned or centrally heated rooms, after sun exposure, following a sauna, after being outside in cold or windy weather, sitting close to a fire, travelling, or simply at the point in the day when your skin starts asking for a little more moisture. A few light sprays leave skin feeling fresh, comfortable and hydrated without the weight of a cream.

2/ Can I use Meadow Face Mist as a toner? Yes. Meadow Face Mist works beautifully as a final step in a cleansing routine, removing any last impurities. Applied using a cotton wool ball or reusable face pad, sweep over the face before following with Nature’s Secret Serum and your favourite moisturiser. .

3/ Can I use Meadow Face Mist throughout the day? Absolutely. Keep it close by and use a light mist whenever your skin feels in need of refreshing or rehydrating. It is particularly handy on hot days, in air-conditioning or central heating, after a flight or long journey, following a sauna, after being outdoors in cold or windy weather, after sun exposure, or even after sitting beside a roaring fire. Hold the bottle a comfortable distance from your face, close your eyes and mist lightly rather than soaking the skin. It can also be used over make-up when you want a quick refresh.

4/ Is Meadow Face Mist suitable for dry or dehydrated skin? Yes. The mist is designed to add a light layer of moisture and freshness, making it particularly useful when skin feels dry, tight or dehydrated. It won’t replace a moisturiser if your skin needs richer nourishment, but it makes an excellent additional hydrating step underneath one and can be reapplied throughout the day whenever your skin wants a little extra moisture.

5/ Are the botanicals in Meadow Face Mist actually grown by Seilich? Yes – and this is one of our most meadow-rich products. The mist contains botanical waters and extracts made from plants including meadowsweet, nettle, wild carrot, chamomile, yarrow, daisy, plantain, self-heal, chickweed, dandelion and red clover. We grow and hand-harvest these plants from the Seilich meadow and process them in small batches. More than 95% of the formula comes directly from our meadow, making this perhaps the closest you can get to putting a Scottish summer meadow into a bottle.

6/ What is the benefit of Seilich growing its own skincare botanicals? Growing our own botanicals means we know exactly where they have come from, how they have been grown and when they were harvested. We can pick plants at the right stage, process them in small batches and turn them into floral waters and extracts ourselves, rather than relying solely on anonymous, ready-made botanical ingredients. Just as importantly, our meadow is managed as wildlife habitat first, so the plants in our skincare are grown as part of a living, diverse ecosystem rather than as a conventional crop.
